A luxury condominium in central Bangkok with panoramic city views, unique wave-patterned facades, and modern, elegant design.
The Hotel will open in Q4 2024 with office, residences and retail to follow.
The development includes 12 and 22 storey grade ‘A’ office
towers connected by a multi-storey linkbridge.
A grade ’A’ office development right next to Bangkok’s central
Lumpini Park. The development consists of double glazed office
spaces shaded by horizontal set backs and vertical elliptical
aluminium fins with integrated draiange. The offices link to an
exisiting office building at lower levels.
The facade of this luxury residence overlooking Lumpini Park consists of floor to floor C-shaped precast fins that curve gently up the building and flare out at the base. On the west side they extend out to contain lanterns at the edge of the rooftop pool which cantilevers out on the south over the park.
Composed of jewel-box lofts, apartments with grand terraces, and duplexes, the residential complex has a unique facade configuration.
The hotel facade consists of orthogonal patterns of different width and depth created by assemblies of various different shapes of precast concrete column, wall and beam panels, all joining and sealing together to form a maze-like grid over the entire facade.
The original Tipco Tower on Rama VI Road in Bangkok and designed by SOM with A49 was completed in 1997 (An FA staff member had a small role in the original construction under the Facade Contractor).
This low unit boutique set of apartments at the north end of the Sindhorn Village Complex uses a mixture of architectural precast and GFRC panels to create the articulated clad facade.
