ABOUT FACADE
ASSOCIATES
Facade Associates (FA) is a privately owned independent façade design and engineering consulting firm founded in Thailand in May 2010.
During that year’s catastrophic chaos, the iconic facades of the Zen department store were destroyed by fire. After working together on the original design, the Developer contacted Andrew to ask if he could assist in the appraisal, redesign and refurbishment. Façade Associates was born. We worked with the original Architectural Units to create a new and even more monumental blueprint.
All employees have experience in the area dating back to 1995 with participation in the façade projects of many of Bangkok’s iconic buildings including Central World Plaza, Centara Grand Hotel, King Power Headquarters in Rangnam, Athenee apartments, and towers, and PTT Energy Complex (EnCo). Contracts with Mahanakorn Tower and Sindhorn Village District were signed shortly after the Zen Reclamation Project and We continue to write the history of the iconic projects with the Dusit Central Park Project, which is currently under construction.
All FA employees have experience working as contractors in the façade design industry and we consider this experience to be critical to our ability and reputation to advise clients.
