The tower and villa blocks use a patterned beam and column architectural precast cladding with aluminium-framed punched windows, they are linked by a steel skybridge hosting a pool and leisure facilities.

The precast panels were designed with connection details ensuring all building movements and construction tolerances were accomodated without locking in any stresses. A two-tone recoatable polyurethane paint system was selected to emphasise the articulated form of the precast.

Much care was taken in the selection of a high-performance but neutral double glazing for the units. The final selection has excellent neutrality and well-balanced external reflectivity giving the glazing an appearance that does not attract attention.

Cantilever downhanging glass fins with patch fittings and tall clear laminated face glass enclose the main entrances lobbies, with glazed canopies with filigree shading screens below.

The single piece elements of the balcony balustrades again help make the glass disappear. The balustrade fixing is a combination of rail supported and moment fixed with the glazing channels being fixed back to the precast horizontals rather than to the balcony floor. This reduces complications with waterproofing around cantilever balustrade brackets.

The skybridge structure is clad with aluminium composite panels with a floor to ceiling semi-unitised structurally glazed system offset behind enclosing gym and spa facilities while giving maximum transparency.

Mechanical floors and cooling plant enclosures are carefully integrated into the precast column and beam architectural language with infills in aluminium screens and solid panels.
